General FAQ's
Hat patterns are written in Adult, Teen and Infant sizes and have row by row and/or full-color charted instructions. Socks will range from XS (toddler) to Men's size 15, depending on the pattern. See individual item page for specific details (if applicable).
Here is the general size range on the hats we use:
Patterns are printed on thick stock and come in a heavyweight sheet protector for safekeeping. Pattern orders for European countries will ship without sheet protectors as they won't fit in European binders.
Orders generally will ship within 2-3 days. If a yarn is out of stock you will be notified regarding availability as soon as possible. Most orders ship via USPS or UPS. Kits are generally sent via Priority Mail for the quickest delivery. Knitter's Block will ship via the most cost effective/fastest method for the price, but for most shipments (outside of CA) will go via US Parcel Post (2-9 day delivery window). Please remember, if you paid with an e-check that your order will not ship until the e-check clears.
Returns accepted within 14 days only. Sorry, no returns on patterns. Kits may be returned in unopened new condition. Shipping and handling fees can not be refunded. Please keep in mind all computers are different and colors may vary.
Kits do not include knitting needles or crochet hooks. Please see individual pages for specifics on what is included in the kits and what additional items you may need.
